OGUN REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT AGRICULTURAL INVESTORS FOR PROJECT SUCCESS
The Ogun State Government has reiterated its readiness to collaborate and provide all necessary support to investors for the successful establishment of agricultural projects in the state.

The Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security, Hon. Bolu Owotomo, stated this during a meeting with investors from Olive Feeds led by its CEO , Mr Gavin Dunne in his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.

Owotomo explained that government was working tirelessly to ensure steady electricity supply to boost industrial and agricultural activities, adding that some government agencies are already benefitting from the improved power supply.

He noted that relevant agricultural data and resources can also be accessed through Ogun State Farmers Information Management System (OGFIMS), a comprehensive platform that provides information, communication, coordination, farmer registration, value chain mapping, advisory services, e-marketing, and other tools designed to enhance the agriculture and agribusiness ecosystem across the state.

The Commissioner further disclosed that agencies such as the State Bureau of Lands, Ogun-Osun River Basin Development Authority, and the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) are open to collaboration and support to ensure the success of agricultural ventures in the state.

"The Abiodun-led administration remains committed to creating an enabling environment for investors and strengthening partnerships that will drive sustainable agricultural growth and food security in Ogun State", he disclosed.

In his remarks, Technical Lead, Prof. Pat Bagley, said Ogun has been chosen as a priority location due to its favourable agricultural base and investment climate.

Prof. Pat emphasized that partnering with Ogun State government by investing in dairy and livestock would further take agriculture in the state to the next level.

OGSG APPOINTS CDA MEMBERS AS SECURITY NETWORK GOVERNING BOARD Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has approved the appointment of four distinguished members of Community Development Association (CDA) across the Remo, Ijebu, Yewa and Egba divisions of the state as members of the Governing Board, Ogun State Security Network Agency and Amotekun Corps. ABIODUN APPROVES 100,000, 20,000 CHRISTMAS BONUS FOR STATE WORKFORCE  The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun (CON) has approved the sum of 100,000 and 20,000 according to grade level for State workforce. The information made available to CSR Watch Concept repoter by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information & Strategy, Alhaji Waheed  Adesina at Governor's Office, Oke-Mosan Abeokuta , stated that Levels 1-8  N20,000, Levels 9 - 10  N25,000, Level 12  N35,000, Level 13 -14  N40,000, Level 15.
